Most of our orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours unless ordered over the weekend or bank holidays. Please be advised that although we do strive to get all orders out within 48 hours this isn’t always possible due to very occasional stock limitations. PhotoWall is custom printed and usually dispatched within 5 working days.
Posters and Prints are delivered by Royal Mail and the delivery time will depend on the service you choose.
Your custom printed PhotoWall will get the five star treatment and will be shipped via courier.
Online shopping is fast and fun, but we know it can often be a hassle when you need to send something back. At ignite3sixty we take every care to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. Our aim is to ensure complete satisfaction with your order. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase, we will either provide a refund or a replacement for you. There are however a few things, as seen below, that you should be aware of which we are unable to provide a refund or replacement for:
Frames, posters, art prints and wall stickers

1. We carefully pack all of our wallpapers in extra strong cardboard tubes, and we make sure they are sealed up very tightly. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged during delivery we cannot be held responsible, unless the problem was caused as a result of a problem with the packaging which was our fault. If you do receive goods damaged during delivery please notify us immediately and retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carriers insurers. If you received a damaged parcel, note the fact on the delivery note.
2. If you select the wall dimensions for your wallpaper from our drop down list and we print it at the size requested, then if your wallpaper does not fit we cannot be held accountable for inaccurate measurements given to us.
3. If you have selected a mural design and size from our website, once ‘checked out’, we cannot change your order once it has been printed.
4. As standard, we do not provide a printed proof of your chosen PhotoWall design, however a scaled PDF can be supplied by email if requested at checkout.
5. Because images are often enlarged in order to print our murals, this does mean that close up they can sometimes be some slight pixelation or a slight mottled effect when viewed close up. This is something to be expected when printing large images, and we wouldn't print anything that was of a poor quality. It is worth noting however that we cannot provide a refund for slight image pixelation or mottling. Because murals are extremely large images and are meant to be viewed from a distance, these effects will not be noticeable from viewing distance.
6. If you notice any inconsistencies, as stated in our hanging instructions, please contact us immediately and do not install. Ignite3sixty.com cannot accept claims once material has been installed.
7. We reserve the right to change any part of the quotation if it contains errors or omissions.
8. Delivery times quoted are approximate. Delivery time quoted will not start until payment is received.
9. The client is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
10. Any contract between ignite3sixty.com and the client will be governed and constructed according to English Law and each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
11. Because computer monitors vary and can show colours differently, there can sometimes be very slight colour differences between on screen colours and actual printed colours. Our machines are calibrated to match screen colours as closely as possible, however if there is a very slight difference then we cannot provide a refund.
12. If ignite3sixty.com do make an error then we will endure to fix this will a full replacement mural at no extra cost.
How do I return my goods?
You must inform us of your order return before sending back your order. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you of your return instructions and arrange your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
